We then continued with a Dirty Terry: beetroot threesome, poussin, kumquat, bearberries, celery, horseradish, pine nut oil, cracked pepper sauce

And to finish a Black and Blue.... blueberry sherbert, blueberry curd, pepper, basil, cocoa nib
and a Cossart Gordon, Verdelho 5yrs Madeira
